an exploration of terroir and the hidden stories behind some of the world’s most captivating bottles. As your host, I’ll share insights drawn from over 20 years working in high-end tourism in France and as a dedicated wine guide,


Then, the evening deepens.


Hosted in a carefully chosen deluxe setting a private manoir or an exquisitely styled private home,each venue is chosen for its character, intimacy, and quiet sense of luxury.



Joss Roper - Private Chef


At the heart of the experience is Joss Roper—a seasoned private chef with over 34 years in the kitchen, including more than a decade based in Burgundy. Having cooked for the likes of Belmond, exclusive alpine chalets, and an international clientele that includes high-profile and celebrity guests, he brings a level of refinement shaped by a truly global career. A former restaurant owner in England, with time spent working in New York, his cuisine is defined by precision, creativity, but most importantly an instinctive understanding of flavour.


For this evening, he creates a 4 course gastronomic menu designed exclusively around the wines. Each dish is not just paired, but composed
